Best-Reviewed Lift Companies in India on Google (2026)
When you choose a lift company, Google reviews tell you what real customers experienced after the salesperson left: installation quality, breakdowns, and how fast the service team came. So we checked the numbers.
On 1 November 2026 we looked at the Google Maps profiles of about 75 lift companies across 10 major Indian cities: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Kochi and Jaipur. We included multinationals (Otis, Schindler, KONE), large Indian brands (Johnson Lifts, Nibav, Elite Elevators) and the top-listed local companies in each city.

What the numbers tell you
- Volume matters as much as stars. A 5.0 rating from 20 reviews can change quickly. A 4.9 rating from nearly 2,000 reviews shows consistent service over years.
- Big brand does not always mean best-rated. The multinational offices we checked averaged around 4 stars locally. Strong Indian manufacturers often score higher on service.
- Read the low reviews, not just the high ones. They show how a company responds when something goes wrong.
How to use Google reviews when choosing a lift company
- Check the profile at the company's own address, not a reseller or agent listing.
- Look for reviews that mention service visits and breakdown response, not only the sale.
- See whether the company replies to complaints, and how.
- Confirm the company is approved by the Electrical Inspectorate in your state. Reviews do not replace this.
About this comparison
Google Maps shows only the top-listed companies for each search, so this is not a list of every lift company in India. Some brands spread their reviews across many branch profiles; we compared each company's single best profile, which is the fairest like-for-like view. Ratings change daily, so check the live figures before you decide.
