EUROSAFE Z+ Home Lifts: VTX AURA vs VTX SIGNATURE Price, Specs and Features

EUROSAFE Z+ is UNOSAFE's premium home lift range, built for independent houses, villas and duplex homes. It comes in two models: VTX AURA with a rope drive, starting from Rs 10.87 lakh, and VTX SIGNATURE with a belt drive, starting from Rs 11.94 lakh. Both are machine-room-less (MRL) gearless lifts that work on single-phase or three-phase power.

Which one should you choose?

VTX AURA uses proven steel-rope drive technology. It is the value choice for most homes and works well in both new and existing buildings, using the available shaft space efficiently.

VTX SIGNATURE uses a polyurethane-coated flat steel belt instead of ropes. The belt is up to 20% lighter and lasts up to 3 times longer than conventional ropes. It reduces wear and gives an even quieter, smoother ride. Choose it if ride comfort and long-term durability matter most.

Why a 300 mm pit matters

Most lifts need a deep pit dug below the ground floor. EUROSAFE Z+ needs only 300 mm, which means far less civil work. This makes it practical to add a lift to an existing house without major structural changes.

Braille push buttons, audio-visual indicators, handrails and a spacious car design make EUROSAFE Z+ suitable for elderly family members and wheelchair users.

Car dimensions are made to measure for your shaft. Stainless steel, pre-coated, designer and glass wall finishes are available.

No shaft in your house?

EUROSAFE Z+ can be installed inside UNOSAFE's own VTX steel shaft, a self-supporting metal structure with glass or powder-coated panels. It suits homes where no concrete lift shaft was planned.
